Description:
After NETWORKING and discussing "biz-dev" issues, we'll be looking at ideas expressed in Richard Farson's book, "Management of the Absurd." David McLaughlin, former president of Dartmouth says that it is a delightfully irreverent book that addresses the real truths of management. Farson bring out paradoxes in our belief systems that should make us question all "givens." For example, the washing machine was supposed to cut down the time we spend washing clothes and it hasn't. Computers were supposed to cut down paperwork in our office and they haven't. PLEASE JOIN US-and help sort this out!
